One thing that jumps out at you immediately is that this is a gorgeous wooden desk that is both laidback and imposing. It has a fairly simple rustic design that still manages to convey a certain quiet elegance. You can choose between three color options: Chalked Chestnut, Estate Black and Auburn Cherry.
It’s made entirely from manufactured wood and comes with a sliding keyboard tray, one cabinet and two drawers each with a different capacity, ranging from 15 to 25 pounds. The internal cabinet has an adjustable shelf. This will make it easy for you to organize your business papers and other necessities, without having them clutter your desk while you work. The back of the desk has a finished look, which means that you can place it in the middle of a room without any problems. It’s made in the USA using imported materials and comes with 5 year warranty.

The overall dimensions are as follows: 29” H x 59” W x 23.25” D. The desk’s depth is 23.25 inches, so plenty of space for you to install your laptop or desktop. The length of the desk is a 59 inches, so more than plenty of space for both a computer and an additional structure, such as a hard drive or a printer. Lastly, the height is 29 inches, so not too short, not too tall. The dimensions of the tabletop are 59″ wide x 23.25″ deep, and it has a weight limit of 70 pounds. If you’re planning on placing a computer and printer on top there should be enough space. But you can still double check their sizes and weight, so you’re sure there is room for them to fit nicely there. There is built-in wire management, with a hole in the back of the desk specifically meant for wires. Once the desk is assembled it weights 133 pounds. Naturally, we also looked at the reviews available from people who actually bought the desk, in order to establish whether it does the job or not. Overall, this desk has a high rating of 4.4/5 stars from over 4,200 customers.
Pros:
- Fairly easy to assemble on your own (takes about 2-3 hours);
- Cozy size makes it ideal both for smaller rooms, as well as larger settings;
- Light color easy to match with a wide range of furniture styles;
- Sturdy, holds well under pressure;
- Good price.
Cons:
- Some people had trouble with the top drawer/keyboard tray, saying it fell apart rather quickly;
- The back of the desk seems to be a little thin (and cardboard-y);
Tip: After reading the reviews, we suggest you get a friend to help you with carrying the desk into the house and with the assembly. Since the material is quite heavy, it might be difficult for a single person.
Bottom Line – Is it worth it?
While a few people complained about pieces falling apart, we concluded theirs were faulty products, rather than that being a general rule. When it comes to the price, at the time of this writing review, the desk was priced around $269.99 to $329.99. However, this price depends on the color you choose and whether or not it’s currently on sale. All in all, this seems to be a sturdy and very charming desk to add to your home office!
